New CEO vows Metra passenger satisfaction Boost make reforms - Chicago Tribune

The new executive is promised Tuesday to Metra system of passenger satisfaction, a responsible fiscal policy and reforms internally to make his first priorities in the adoption of the third largest nation in the S-Bahn.

Metra Chairman Carole Doris Clifford describes as "big-picture decision-maker," and praised his leadership skills and financial management skills.

"It is the right man at the right time for this position," said Doris.
