Anne Palumbo: Time To Hang Up "your soul" - Gates-Chili Post

Canandaigua, NY -

What's up? Everywhere I turn these days some middle-aged Indecent public engagement stretches.

Hey, I fully understand that the more severe with age of our infrastructure roadside runs raccoons. And I am well aware that to avoid injury, it is wise to bend and stretch. I get that.

What I do not understand why we are so Loosey-goose, we find you supple.

Since when is lean back in the bank lobby, OK?

Since when turning the neck while someone tries to take our food order acceptable?

Since when is cracking metacarpal bones bigger and in a movie theater?

I'm not saying I do not give my back a good lap from time to time. Or that I never Kick The Kinks on my knee. Or fall to the ground, I read in a ball and roll like a beetle on the dust happy with my comfort zone. All I'm saying is that if I am involved in the public indecent stretch, I could at least try to privacy in remote areas or behind women with huge pockets.

You see, it's a distraction for viewers, and almost unbearable when you tried something too important to "stretchee." Contact Case in point: When I tried to information critical to our electricians where points have been transmitted and preserved in my self-talk technique, he turns his neck, as newly installed head in the Sistine Chapel, I was speechless. I'm not kidding. It was too much: it extends to me about him not paying attention, I wanted to strangle him with an extension cable.

If that does not cake Gumby, like this: I was at a party the other day when a woman discovers a lump fitness giant in the corner. Suddenly, blind to their surroundings, they recovered the ball, draped over a wet towel, and went to its middle section to stretch from here to Timbuktu. Do not get me started on the sounds they made.

Back in the day, we were encouraged baby boomers, let your soul "- you know, say or do exactly what we wanted when we wanted. Personally, I never" let it all hang out "at this time, for fear of adverse consequences. Oh, all right, I have a chance, but what happened in this house of Tina Turner singing competition when Tina Turner sings this competition.

But back to the public Indecent Stretching: Maybe it's time we gave these baby boomers "do not" break policy. We are role models for future generations, after all. In addition, we are not as invisible as we think. Ask my daughter. They are usually 20 steps behind me.
