Kaplan to Leave BofA for hedge funds - Financial Times

Steven Baronoff regain control of the business of the Bank of America offers Merrill Lynch, the decision to Jeff Kaplan, the global head of mergers and acquisitions, fund after leaving the bank to a hedge.
