Top Recruit Picks Rutgers New Jersey - New York Post

Rutgers won its largest single commitment in its history Friday as five-star running back Savon Huggins chose the Scarlet Knights of North Carolina.

Huggins is expected to sign a letter of intent Wednesday.

Huggins made the announcement at his high school, preparation of St Peter in Jersey City, which proves as changeable in his press conference when he was on the ground.
