Izzo MSU dismisses G Lucious for the rest of the season

East Lansing, Mich. (AP) - Korie Lucious made too many mistakes in the State of Michigan.
The junior goalie was the rest of the season, suspended a further blow for the Spartans collapse.
"Man, I really knew each other through this time ... I go 2 the gym!" Lucious posted on his Twitter account just before the school of his suspension was announced Tuesday evening.
Lucious helped the Spartans reach the Final Four in each of the last two years.
"Unfortunately, Korie Lucious observed behavior to the detriment of the program," Izzo said in a statement released by the school. "My focus is on that team for the rest of the season."
The news release said that the school would not comment and the basketball program again.
District Court Clerk of East Lansing said Wednesday morning that there was no current active Lucious cons.
The average 5-foot-11 Lucious 6.5 points in 18 games this season for Michigan State-25 ranking, who began the season in 2nd place in the poll by the Associated Press.
The Spartans (7.12, 4-3 Big Ten) host Michigan on Thursday, hoping to take a series of two losses.
Lucious made a game winning 3-pointer against Maryland in the second round of the NCAA season last tournament, helping Michigan State, the Final Four, and fill out for injured stars Kalin Lucas.
The Milwaukee native language, although struggled to get out of the court.
Lucious pleaded guilty to misdemeanor reckless driving in September, which he was suspended one exhibition game and the season-opening victory against Eastern Michigan Spartans in November. He was also suspended for one game last season for missing class.
"I did not live up to the standards of the program," said Lucious resolve to school. "Unfortunately, I let my teammates, my coach and I went down, and I wish them the best for the rest of the season."
