"They say it's [the] coldest game [in] Steeler history," she said after singing tweeted the football match. "Finally, I can feel my fingers and toes again!"
The game, which welcomes the clock at 6:30 EST on Heinz Field in Pittsburgh open and broadcast live on CBS, McBride, call the Steelers their "lucky".
"Martina is 2-0 and we hope it brings the magic of staying undefeated," Steelers director of marketing John Wodarek said in a press release on the website McBride.
McBride, affectionately known by many as the "Celine Dion of Country Music" was inspired by the game
"Singing the national anthem is always an honor. I always remember to sing the anthem at Pittsburgh 2 years ago for the playoff game, "said McBride Published on 21 January. "It's amazing to be there amidst all those soccer fans and all the excitement."
McBride, a multiple winner of the CMA female vocalist of the Year and Female Vocalist of the Year ACM, and Grammy winner has sold over 18 million albums and has 24 top 10 singles.
She announced on her website that she is considering her 11th studio album release later this year.
