wife of 50 years, the army Julie Ecker was held Thursday in the hospital unknown ICU for causes after being accused of shooting his two teenage children. Ecker is the wife of Army Colonel Tom Parker Ecker, an intelligence officer with U.S. Central Command at MacDill AFB, which is currently in use in Qatar.
Julie plug is accused of shooting his son of 14 years, while returning home from football practice, then his body left the car in the garage of their home in a gated community in Tampa, Fla.
