Action: Montgomery College tuition discounts are illegal immigrants - Washington Examiner

Three residents of Montgomery County have charged prices to a complaint that Montgomery school stop illegal immigrants cheapest of their college.

"Montgomery College is proud to offer everyone open access to higher education in Montgomery County, the college said in a statement in response to the lawsuit.

All Maryland students - including undocumented students - are given free public education K-12. State law prohibits undocumented students receive academic support in high tuition, however.

Two Montgomery County legislator has tried to overturn the law that this year. Sens State Richard Madaleno, D-Kensington, and Victor Ramirez, D-Cheverly are legislative proposals that universities would be undocumented students eligible for financial aid for public universities in Maryland.

McDonough said the civil suit against Montgomery College as the first step. "He said he plans to file a unit of prosecution with the State and the FBI public corruption.

McDonough and members of the conservative watchdog group Judicial Watch, have months of investigation led an informal against the college over the last six years. Audit report obtained during the investigation, the College has been awarded annually in tuition County for more than 11,000 credit hours for students to verify the legal status, according to his trial.

The lawsuit, filed in the Circuit Court of Montgomery County, claims the university had invited could have collected an additional $ 5.9 million over three years if students from outside the state-level.

Application, the applicant shall include Michael Lee Philips, Rockville and Patricia Fenat Damascus, both ticket run for office in a Republican in 2010.

Philips is trying to overthrow the Democratic Representative Chris Van Hollen and the delegates called for a senate seat in the House of the State.
