17 cents more.

That's what motorists jumped in the Garden State Parkway Friday morning after paying the price of gas at $ 3.25 in minutes.

The Sunoco station on a busy road jersey the most, like the rest of the filling stations along the New Jersey Turnpike and GSP is only the state can hike prices once a week, from a survey of gas prices, officials said.

The gasoline nationwide has jumped in recent weeks despite the turmoil in the Middle East.

Gas in the Garden State is still 10 to 20 cents less than in Pennsylvania and New Jersey is due to lower gas taxes.

Even if the gas in southern New Jersey may not be as high as places like Philadelphia, New York or Los Angeles does not mean the drivers do not feel pain at the pump.

"It was around was a very difficult experience for everyone around me in terms of filling," said Peter Abdullah of Willingboro. "Between the two cars, I spend about $ 100."
