NEW YORK (CBS) Country singer LeAnn Rimes and "CSI: Miami" actor Eddie Cibrian celebrate their engagement at Christmas.

According to People magazine, Rimes was spotted together at the beach in Malibu wearing a five-carat diamond in an antique frame that she and the actor would have been conceived.

Rimes, 28, and Cibrian, 37, met while filming the TV movie "Northern Lights". Both were married to others at the time.

Dean Sheremet, Rimes' ex-husband said that his appointment last month. Cibrian shares custody of her two children with his ex-wife Brandi Glanville.
