2010 MTV Video Music Awards Predictions

You're back at the ClevverTV headquarters, I'm Dana Ward. Alright, so it's just about time for the annual MTV Video Music Awards and of course, you can count on us to have some predictions as to who will be taking home the classic Moonman trophy. Let's start out with Best New Artist. We're thinking, just based on his fanbase, ability to dominate the Twitter-verse and cross-over into mainstream, Justin Bieber and his Baby music video will take this one. Although based on the noms, including Ke$ha and Jason Derulo and Broken Bells, unfortunately, someone has to get the short end of the stick. Best Male Video will likely go to the anthem for parties and for summer, that's Usher's OMG or possibly Eminiem with his "comeback" on Not Afraid while the Best Female Video might just got to Taylor Swift's Fifteen - so she has a shot at another acceptance speech sans Kanye West. Can you believe it's their one-year debacle anniversary?! We think the big standout category that's gonna be a close-call is Best Collaboration. I mean, there are some power houses and super singles included in the mix... It'll definitely come down to BoB and Hayley Williams with Airplanes as well as Lady Gaga and Beyonce's Telephone, but we're thinking that the cool, new-ness to the music scene of BoB with Paramore's fan devotion will catapult Airplanes high
